We provide technical seminars and product presentations in confectionery and chocolate technology at our training center in Aachen Oberforstbach. We offer an extensive range of training programs. The training includes theory and practice.

  • Aerated confectionery
  • Hard and soft caramels
  • Chewing gum
  • Compressed tablets

 

 

Chocolates and fillings

  • Ingredients and the corresponding technical/scientific background
  • Chocolate technology from the cocoa bean up to the finished product
  • Fillings (such as truffle, praline, marzipan, croquant)
  • Compound chocolates

 

 

Chocolate and cereals

  • Production of baked products and bars (e.g. muesli and energy bars)
  • Enrobing technology

 

 

Sugarfree confectionery and chocolate

 

Product presentations

  • New product developments and trends in Europe, United States, Latin America and Asia
